Deluxe King Rooms
Our New Deluxe King Rooms provide a luxurious King-size bed, private porch or patio, mini-refrigerator, in-room coffee service, private bathroom with shower, cable 27" TV with remote, telephone with voicemail and data port, security digital safe, iron & ironing board, hairdryer & spa quality bath amenities, Egyptian Cotton bath robes for two, individual climate control, and i-Home ipod radio systems. The Deluxe King Room will accommodate up to 2 guests.

Queen Suite
Our New Queen Suites provide Two luxurious Queen-size beds, a large open floor plan, living area with a queen-sleeper sofa, wet bar, desk workstation, private porch or patio, mini-refrigerator, in-room coffee service, private bathroom with shower, cable 27" TV with remote, two-telephones with voicemail and data port, security digital safe, iron & ironing board, hairdryer & spa quality bath amenities, Egyptian Cotton bath robes for two, individual climate control, and i-Home ipod radio systems. The Queen Suite will accommodate up to 5 guests.

King Suite
Our New King Suites provide a luxurious King-size bed, a large open floor plan, living area with a queen-sleeper sofa, wet bar, desk workstation, private porch or patio, mini-refrigerator, in-room coffee service, private bathroom with shower, cable 27" TV with remote, two-telephones with voicemail and data port, security digital safe, iron & ironing board, hairdryer & spa quality bath amenities, Egyptian Cotton bath robes for two, individual climate control, and i-Home ipod radio systems. The King Suite will accommodate up to 4 guests.

Additional Guests:

All rates are for one or two persons sharing the same room. Additional guests may be registered at a charge of $20.00 per night, per extra person. A maximum of two persons per bed are permitted to register per room.

Deposits:

A deposit of your credit card is required at the time of booking the reservation equal to the first night's room rate and tax. Reservations are accepted on a "Guaranteed" basis only. The Almond Tree Inn guarantees that your reservation will be held until Check-out time, the morning following the scheduled Check-in date. We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, money orders, travelers checks and cash. Personal checks are not accepted.

Confirmation:

A letter or fax confirming your reservation will be sent to you upon payment of an advance deposit. If you do not wish to receive correspondence, please notify the reservations clerk.

Cancellations:

Cancellations within 7 days, 30 days for holidays and special events, prior to arrival of the Check-in date and unclaimed reservations will be charged a penalty of the first night's room rate and tax, if for any reason beyond our control, a room should not be available for a customer holding a valid Guaranteed Reservation, we shall assist securing comparable accommodations at another nearby property.

Rates do not include State and County Sales tax of 11.5%. Taxes and rates are subject to change without notice.

A minimum stay requirement may apply on weekends - Fantasy Fest, Christmas, New Year's and other holidays. Rates may be higher during other special events as well.
